By making payment we believe that you have read our Terms and Conditions carefully and agree to the terms and conditions
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
– Up to 14 days before the arrival date, free cancellation.-
13 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.-
In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
To avoid loosing any money paid, you can move your check in date to another date that fits your schedule with the same accommodation booked. Notice must be given minimum 3 days before check in date. If you fail to give notice within this time, an equivalent of one night booking will be removed from your payment.
For Bookings that fall during festive periods, (Valentine, Easter, Christmas, ) 50% of booking amount will only be refunded if cancelled regardless of when it was booked
Our shortlet properties are furnished and equipped to high standards. From time to time, we may change the layout, furniture or fittings and we will try to update these on the Platform at the earliest opportunity and notify Guests if the changes to the properties change the nature of the accommodation.
Differences between the description and photos on the Platform and those actually found at the property do not constitute a basis for cancellation, refunds or other claims against us. We will not be liable to Guests in the event of changes made to a property by us and not notified Guests. Internet connection is provided at our properties. There is no charge for normal use of this facility. If a loss of internet connection occurs, we will endeavour to get you reconnected as quickly as possible but we cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from the loss of internet connection.
Unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted for all serviced properties include utilities.
Bookings and Rates
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. A pre-payment of 60% of the rental price is payable on booking and confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the pre-payment has been received. The balance of the rental price must be paid 48hrs before check-in; non-payment of the balance by the due date will constitute a basis for canceling your booking and the application of the cancellation policy with no refund if cancellation made outside of cancellation terms stated in this agreement.
The minimum number of days acceptable for booking per time is 1 night.
